How do I refer a client?

(Not-for-profit agencies can request computers for office use)

Information needed to order a computer is:

            Organization’s name                                        Clients name       

            Address                                                            Address

            Contact name and phone number                     Phone number

We accept your screening criteria to verify economic need and no computer in the home.

 When the computer is ready we will call your client (unless you want us to call you) to set up a time for  the computer to be picked up at the MacMedia office at 160 E. 19th St. in Holland (corner of 19^th and Columbia) .  Payment is due when the computer is picked up.

Qualifiying clients receive for a $60 cost share:

• Computer   (Internet capable; Pentium III or above)
• Legal operating system (Windows 2000)
• Microsoft Office 2003 package
• Monitor, keyboard, mouse
